If you receive a T-shirt with a quality issue (defective print, fabric defect, wrong size), we'll replace it or refund you. No questions asked.
Time limit: 30 days from delivery
If you ordered the wrong size, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll help you exchange it for the correct size (subject to availability).
Email us at support@cipherstudio.in with your order number and the issue. We'll guide you through the return process.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Since we print on demand, we don't accept returns for change of mind. Each T-shirt is made specifically for you. Please order carefully.
